We collect information when you submit our contact form, when you fill in the details form before messaging us on WhatsApp, or when you email or call us directly. Some anonymous usage data is also collected automatically through website analytics tools (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or assessment
  • Understand your child's needs so we can advise appropriately
