For Parents

You don't need all the
answers to take the first step.

If you're noticing some of the signs below, or simply want a second opinion, we're here to talk it through, over WhatsApp or a home visit — no pressure, no obligation.

Signs of Autism

Every child is different. Early identification and support can make a big difference — the CDC notes that early intervention services can meaningfully help children as young as toddlers, and sometimes younger.

Frequently Asked

Questions parents often ask us

What age should my child start ABA therapy?+

Early intervention often brings the strongest results, but ABA therapy can benefit children and older kids alike. We assess each child individually rather than applying a strict age cutoff — book a consultation and we'll advise honestly.

Why does starting early make such a difference?+

Young children's brains are highly adaptable — a quality researchers call neuroplasticity. Studies reviewed by the CDC and NIH have linked earlier, evidence-based intervention to stronger gains in language and social development, though every child's journey looks different.

Do you have a physical centre we can visit?+

BrightGenics is a fully home-based practice — every assessment and every therapy session takes place in your own home, so your child learns in the environment they already know and feel safe in.

What happens during the first consultation?+

We'll talk through your concerns, your child's history, and what a typical assessment and therapy pathway looks like — so you can decide if BrightGenics feels right for your family.

How often will sessions happen?+

Frequency is recommended by our Clinical Director after your child's assessment — from a gentle weekly start through to a more intensive daily rhythm, whatever suits your child's needs.

How will I know if therapy is working?+

Every program is data-driven. You'll receive a daily session report on WhatsApp, and every 6 months we meet with you to review progress and renew your child's individualised education plan.

Is BrightGenics a neuroaffirming practice?+

Yes — our goal is to build skills and independence while celebrating your child's strengths and differences, not asking them to mask their natural way of being.
